When she saw the painting titled "Ice Flow", by Jan Dorer, she knew immediately it would be the source of her inspiration.

Artists are challenged to work with somebody in the Alzheimer's dementia community whether that means somebody who is living with it themselves, maybe they are a caretaker, or even somebody in a care facility.  The challenge was to show show people living with this disease are "still here" despite what we feel they may have lost.
