The following explains how the artists participate in this project of collaborating with those in the Alzheimer's/dementia community.  They may have a loved one they are collaborating with, or an adult care facility through a class given, or they may have been paired with an artist I know.  For participating artists, the contract follows.  For artists interested in participating next year, please contact Pat @ Pat.PLDeere@gmail.com for details.

ADULT CARE FACILITIES:

The following explains how the adult care facilities are paired with an artist to participate in this art project of collaborating with those in the Alzheimer's/dementia community.  Not everybody at your facility needs to be in this category to participate, but your facility should serve those affected by this disease.  This year's opportunity has passed but for adult care facilities interested in participating next year, please contact Pat @ Pat.PLDeere@gmail.com for details.
